Our test series is a digital service. Access starts when you activate your key, so please read this policy before you buy.

1. Try before you buy

Every pack includes 2 free sample tests. Please try them first to see the quality and format.

2. How you get access

  • Pay by UPI using the QR code on the Buy page.
  • Send the payment screenshot and your registered email on Telegram.
  • We verify your payment and send your key, usually within 24 hours.
  • Enter the key in My account. Your plan starts on the day you activate it.

3. When we refund or replace

We will refund you, or fix the problem, in these cases:

  • You paid, but we did not send your key within 24 hours of your message.
  • The key we sent does not work because of our mistake (for example, wrong pack or wrong email).
  • You paid twice for the same pack and plan.

Please message us within 7 days of payment with your screenshot and registered email.

4. When we do not refund

  • After a key has been activated, because access has already started.
  • If you sent the wrong email to us. If the key is still unused, we can re-issue it for the correct email. Once activated, it cannot be moved.
  • If you change your mind after buying, or do not attempt the tests.
  • If your account or key was shared or used against our rules. Accounts work on 2 devices, and keys are personal.

5. Refund method and time

Approved refunds are returned to the UPI account you paid from, within 7 working days.

6. Plan period, extensions and offers

  • Your access ends on the expiry date shown in My account. After that the paid tests lock, and your past results stay visible.
  • Extra days added by us (shown as "+ days extended") are a gift and do not change the price paid.
  • Festival offers follow the same policy.

7. Test content

We work hard to keep questions and answers correct. If you find a mistake, tell us on Telegram and we will review and fix it. A reported mistake alone is not a reason for a refund.
