ARTICLE 15: Prohibition of Discrimination ✅ Purpose: To stop discrimination by the State or individuals against any citizen based only on: Religion Race Caste Sex Place of Birth 🔹 Original Text (Bare Act Language) Clause (1): The State shall not discriminate against any citizen on grounds only of religion , race , caste , sex , place of birth , or any of them .
